this is the error i get each time i try to launch my new store after connecting my domain, please help

Thank you for sharing the error message you are seeing when you load your store domain. This type of error usually means that the DNS information for your domain is incorrect or is still populating.
Without the domain URL I can’t confirm what issue it but most likely you need to update your DNS information in your domain host. Regardless of if the domain is hosted by a third party like GoDaddy or through Shopify directly, you will want to check the DNS settings to make sure it has both of these options:
- the Shopify IP address
23.227.38.65 - the www CNAME record
shops.myshopify.com
Once the DNS information has been updated successfully it can take up to 48 hours for the dns to finish loading. It is also important to ensure that your domain has only one A RECORD on file as more than one can interfere with the domain redirection.

Thank you for your response.
I have been able to resolve that issue.
Right now, my website is not launching, an error page pops up each time I try to launch the website (please see image below).
I got debited for my 1st payment cycle today and this issue started this morning.
