Hello,
I opened a new store 2 days ago and started running ads, and yesterday i noticed some unusual activity… Lots of ATC and Checkout initiated, and my facebook pixel registered 29 purchases, but there was no actual purchase on my store.
I stopped the ads because i could not measure anything corectly and today i searched for an answer to my problem but i did not find any clear answer..
Shopify support said that this may be facebook bots.. but today i changed the pixel with a new one and i keep receiving fake ATC and Checkout initiated and this even with the facebook pixel removed from my shop…
Not sure where to head right now… did somebody else faced this problem? What is the solution?
