I was fulfilling orders when the page reloaded itself with “This page isn’t working” and no matter what I do I cannot get back into the admin. I need to continue to fulfil orders asap!! Please help.

Happy to hear that you were able to get access to your store’s admin once again! Great idea to attempt to clear the browsers cache. Typically, if you receive an error message, “This page isn’t working” - the best solution is to clear the cache on the browser. if the error persists after you cleared the cache, we can then attempt to use another browser. As for example, if the error is happening on the Safari browser, we can attempt this action on Google Chrome.
That should do the trick!

the same issue is here and I clear my chrome browser cache but my problem is not solved
