I closed my store several months ago and I am furious because I am still being charged 29.00. I.more furious because there is no way I can contact help or seek assistance to resolve this issue.

Are you consistently being charged $29.00 per month since you had closed the store down?
How long ago did you close the store down?
Usually you would only be charged after closing the store down, if you had an outstanding bill prior to closing. If this isn’t the case and the $29.00 has been withdrawn from your account monthly, our Billing Team would need to look into this internally.
If you can confirm how often this is occurring , I can better advise you of the next best steps.
