Why am I still getting charged after deactivating my store?

Hello,

I did deactivate my store after my trail period, but I still keep getting the emails about payment and payments are shown on my bank statement that an attempt was made to charge.

Please help in completion of deactivation and stop trying to charge my bank account. Thanks!
