I can not access any of my content or make any changes. I keep getting a red “server error” pop up. I try the help center but then I get the message “theres a problem loading this page”. Does anyone have any info on this I am completely locked out of my store with nothing working and I can not access the help center.

Thank you for getting in touch about this. We have not experienced any issues today with regards to store downtime so this suggests the issue is specific to your store. It may be a domain issue. Can you share with me your store’s URL if indeed you feel comfortable doing so? Thank you.
