I’ve been trying to download my product and client lists for weeks.
Every time it says it will be emailed to my account on file and NOTHING.
I have never received an email or a download link.
What am I missing?
And Yes I have searched my junk mail.

It sounds like you’re trying to export your customer list and product lists - do I have that right?
How many lines are you attempting at one time? If it’s under 50, you can get the export directly through your browser. That being said, I suggest attempting from a different browser altogether to see if that does the trick.
Is it possible that you’re trying to export a large file that may be getting interrupted by a weak internet connection? If you can, please try on another connection or get wired in and see if that helps.
Finally, is it possible that you have more than one email address and the export is ending up in an inbox you’re not checking? Take a look in your Account Settings to check which email address is on file.
