I connected my Shopify store with Instagram & Facebook and set it up when initially connected. Now when I go into Shopify using my Laptop and try to manage the Instagram & Facebook Shops, I’m prompted to login to Meta and takes me to one link to another. And, when I did a test purchase through my Instagram Shop to order a personalized item to indicate a unique name, it did not allow me or promp me to enter or indicate the name I wanted. Any help will be appreciated.

I would like to get assistance or guidance to have the “Prices” and “Compare to” prices on my Instagram & Facebook Shops match my Shopify Store prices.
And would like to be able to log into my manage my Instagram & Facebook Shops through Shopify. I keep get error messages that it’s not available.
