I am un able to purchase shipping labels this morning. After clicking “buy shipping label” it’s thinks about it for a few seconds then says “there was a problem buying shipping labels”.
I have the same problem. I was in the middle of printing a large number of labels and it stopped working with this error.

I have shaving the same issue and it won’t let me contact customer support it gives me an error as well.
There are also issues contacting customer support! When I try to select my store it won’t let me and gives me an error! You guys should make it to where you can contact support without having to connect to your store especially during times where it won’t let you. I also can’t ship labels. I have orders that have to be sent out today
I can’t buy labels right now either. Tried for an hour and gave up.
FYI, a client reports he’s able to buy shipping labels again. Looks like the issue has been resolved.
