I just added several products to our page from the app. Previously the URL would show as the product title but today every product is showing as “products/untitled-sep4_10-31” with the last four digits updated for the time that the product was loaded. Is this a new thing with Shopify? Do I actually have to update and redirect the URL for all new products?

Hi, I have been redirected to report this through the community forum. Products that I create through the mobile app are being created with incorrect product urls. Instead of the product title they are being created with the title “untitled-dateofcreation”. I was told to share the ticket number 41319779 for additional information on this.

This issue should be resolved now so long as you are running the newest version of the Shopify mobile app. Please check for app updates or uninstall/reinstall the app to resolve this. If the issue is persisting, please let me know what app version you are running for the Shopify mobile app. You can find that in the app by clicking the 3 dots > Settings and scrolling to the bottom of the menu.
