So basically when I go to safari and go to my website there’s products from another vendor on my website I’ve tried fixing the problem but nothing seems to work it’s been affecting my sales on my website and I can get no help I will cancel my website. I need help or guidance
Do you mind sharing your website?
I don’t see any difference across the browsers. Since you don’t see it on other browsers, is it possible you have a safari extension installed that does this? Do you know how to make screenshots? It would help for us to see which products are showing and where they are showing. Is this on mobile safari on your desktop? If it’s your desktop, do those products show on mobile as well?
I don’t see those products on my end. If you click the product, do you go to their website? Or is it added to the cart on your website? If it’s on your website, this might be a supplier on Shopify Collective.
Are you using Shopify Collective or Shopify product network?
As this looks very similar:
I do not see those products, but you may see them as a preview since you’re the store admin according to your screenshot.
Try in incognito mode?
It’s added to my cart and yes it’s on my website
Can you check if you have an app installed called “Shopify Collective”?
Check if you have the Shopify Collective app or another dropshipping/supplier app installed. Those apps can add vendor products to your store automatically. Also, try viewing your site in incognito mode or another browser to rule out Safari extensions causing this. If the products add to your cart, it’s likely from an app or integration. Disable apps one by one to find the cause.
Hi @jailenecardenas510 ,
I just took a look at your website, and everything actually looks completely normal on my end. I searched through your store but couldn’t find any products from other vendors or anything that shouldn’t be there.
Were you able to get this sorted out already?
If you are still seeing the incorrect products on your Safari browser, it might just be a local caching issue on your device. Try clearing your Safari browser history and cookies, or open your website in a Private/Incognito window to see if it displays correctly.
Let me know if you are still seeing the issue!
Thanks!
