Hi there, i have issue with my customer they can not checkout on my store. everytime they order something they become this error (There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method) I checked my bank account and everything and I have no problem, the problem is from shopify please help to fix this problem my customer are really angry

I already tried this, its not working the Payment still Denied please help !
