I tried reaching out to customer support with no reply my store all of a sudden went inactive and only had it 25 days can someone please help because I am losing customers and money because of my site being down. they ask for some details and i provide that details 20 day ago but i am not getting result so made new store 2 day ago and i spend 24 hour for customization and product listing and product page and then my new store is also inactive now i don’t know why my store inactive again. the worst platform ever i use. i feeling so bad.
