Hello. I have updated my shop multiple times to free shipping but for some reason when ive done test checkouts certain products are still charging for shipping!
Ive watched multiple videos and Ive done exactly what they say (go to settings, shipping, manage rates, then enter free for each region) but I cannot get it firgured out to update a previous product that still is charging shipping unless i completely delete the product and repost!
Please help!!
