Why are CSS edits taking long to reflect on the front end?

While researching this topic I came across a post that said when CSS customizations are made cache is updated immediately. However, I made a change a few days ago and couldn’t figure out why changes were not showing up. I logged in today and noticed that the changes were showing up. If it is not cache, I am not sure why changes are taking so long to show up on the front end.

I made edits today about 20 minutes ago and they still have not shown up. Any ideas??

When you make a change, open the page in incognito mode.

Another suggestion is getting a css reload extension on chrome browser.

These 2 options should solve your issue.

What theme are you using? I have never encountered a case where the cache is as long as you describe.
Can you check on incognito tab or other device?
