My ISSUE: I AM RECEIVING ABSOLUTELY NO HELP AMND ITS COSTING ME BIG??? I was sent emails asking me to fill out a form showing that I have the permission to sell the items on my site. I attempted many times. I sent emails saying I would need help with this since it would not allow me to do the signature needed to complete the form. I was sent a very rude message back all caps - WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU WANT???. I resent my issue and since then have been met with silence. Not one response. Since then I have emailed and made call and yet ZERO response. I would like to know why? I am willing to make the changes requested however I have never been told what that was. Please someone help. This has cost me a good deal of funds, a customer list of over 600 and months of rebuilding and contacting customers about this. I already deal with depression - started selling on etsy from my doctors and the VA and now its far worse. SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO GET MY ACCOUNT UNLOCKED. And please do not charge me anything since services are not provided and in fact are costing me. - Someone there??? Rather then deal with this , I believe they will delete this very honest problem. Any help here?
