I hope Shopify can give me feedback. Im analysing my data the past two days. I can see that people are adding products to the shopping cart, fill in the information but then they stop at the payment process. I enabled testing payment yesterday night and from what I saw it should be working. It’s the first time I’m selling global instead of local (my other shop).
is Shopify able to see any more data to help me further with this issue?

You can view the events from an abandoned checkout to see if your customers received any errors when attempting to complete their purchase. You can view the abandoned carts by navigating to Orders > Abandoned checkouts.
