I’m having an issue where customers are being logged out of their account while ordering, often happens straight after logging in initially but also happens while they are browsing. Can anyone help?

Yes, turns out it was because some links on my website, specifically the bulk order form I just added we’re under the myshopify.com domain rather than my external domain name, so when they clicked the link it was bringing them to the same website under a different domain, hence the reason they were getting logged out. Most of the links affected were automatically generated ones and I just didn’t noticed when adding them, simply changed each link to my external domain name and now there’s no issues.
