Why are customers leaving without completing payment?

Below you can see my funnel rate for 1 week. For a week I have been investigating why customers leave without paying.
I set up Google analytics, after most of the customers have checked out.

I am not sure if it is transferred to such a site and does not give an error.

I also paid for the stripe test, it doesn’t give an error, why so many people don’t buy it.
This funnel ratio is very abnormal hope you can help

Have you found a solution for this? I am experiencing a similar issue with customers adding items to their cart, but when they proceed to checkout and enter their details, they end up dropping off. After following up with an email offering a 20% discount, they do not return
