I get the feeling that Shopify does not want any contact with me, a paying user.
The issues are customers are having trouble when trying to check out, the system is giving astronomical prices for items. For example a customer tried to purchase a Naughty Box. The item is only $45.00 but when she tried checking out she was given a price of $2,025. The next customer tried to purchase 3 Lotion Bars and was given a price of over $100.00. Why is the site doing this. The current order in the cart does not have shipping added. Please help me fix these issues or I will continue to lose custome
