I made my store recently and it had an amazing design and good products but I’ve been getting a lot of complains that customers can’t buy items or purchase anything and that they get bad notifications. I don’t know what the issue is can anyone help?

I have tested the entire process but there is no glitch or issue found while using homepage to checkout. can you please explain what exactly issue is facing your customers?
