Hello, Some of my customers are having issues with discount codes going through. I am having to issue a few refunds. I looked into the Discount tab and all seems to look okay. Do you know if theres something else going on?

Happy to help with this. Can you tell me what the conditions are for your discounts as well as what the carts where the discount is not applied are? So a screenshot of both would be ideal, thanks!
