Why are emails sent from my Mac landing in spam?

@Gabe

When we write an email from the Mac, it arrives as spam, please see the picture.

Enclosed also screenshots of the DNS entries. Are these correct or is something missing?

I welcome feedback and thank you for your help.

Hi @leonidmatthias

Wow, that’s a very nice shop there!

And thanks for the screenshots → what is happening here is that your email client has “blacklisted” the domain “leonidmatthias.com”. You will need to “whitelist” it. Your Domain Provider “Registry GmbH/Kasserver” can advise you further on that. To provide some more context on that, I found a lot of handy links on Google here. See some more links regarding “issues with Mac” to help you with that here.

Then please fix some small things in your Domain DNS. See my Screenshot below that shows what you need to do in your domain’s DNS settings in order to have a healthy domain:

Once you have done that it might take an hour for the new DNS settings to propagate. See our handy help doc on that here.

As mentioned - you need to contact your domain provider regarding these issues.

Hope that helps!
