Why are Flex Mega Menus not displaying on my site?

I’ve recently installed the flex theme and I’m working on it to launch on my site, however the mega menu’s do not show up. I have played with all the settings and I still cant get it to show. Has anyone had this issue?

I submitted a ticket with OOTS but it said to wait 10 business days for the first response so I am no closer to getting this resolved.
