I need help finding my theme and other places in my store, they’re gone. I can’t even get shopify support because you need a shopify account and my shopify thinks I don’t have an account. I did the whole cache and cookies and nothing, factory reset-nothing, all updated-yep; like on the left menu why is everything there except my theme option. Can somebody help please, thanks.
