Why are images missing in my email campaign?

I sent out my test email campaign and for some people the images are missing in the campaign. Also it is going to the junk mail. Does anyone know how to trouble shoot this?

Great job testing your email campaigns to see how your customers are receiving them. How your emails are received by your customers can vary depending on a few different things.

Are the emails being flagged as spam/junk by the email provider?

If yes, this can mean that the images are hidden are the email does not arrive in their inbox.

Does their email provider automatically hide images from senders not in their address book?

As an additional security measure, some email providers will default to hiding images from unknown senders. I would add a line to your emails to ask customers to add you to their approved sender list in their email client.

Have you gone through the steps to verify and authenticate your sender email address?

This is happening to me, both at the cretae the e-mail stage-and at the recieving it stage. I have verified my e-mail. i checked the size of the image, so its not that. it seems to be something to do with the image picker- the drawing of a bag never goes away. No matter what i have tried, i can’t seem to INCLUDE a picture of a product in an e-mail. The miniature reel of 3/4 other products will show at the bottom, but whatever is the feature thing- is just not showing. i’m a bit lost as to what to do now.
