Why are images on my Dawn theme appearing blurry?

Hello.

All of my pictures is so bad quality, that my customers thinks my website is fake, i’m tired of it, have anyone a solution?

I’ve seen different topics but none of them help, aswell the youtube video i’ve tryed so far.

I can’t find the place where i should update my dawn theme, i dont wanna loose all my progress.
