These 4 products pictured above are showing up as OUT OF STOCK on my website but they are in-stock/available/visible on the back end. Can anyone provide insight into what may be happening? Thank you in advance!
This looks like a filtering system glitch.
I’d try contacting Shopify about this – maybe filtering data is out of sync and they should be able to reset it.
Good idea is to download a clean copy of Dawn and try to replicate this in Dawn – Shopify support will be more convinced if it happens in Dawn.
We had this issue too with the Shopify Search & Discovery. Do these products have variants (and if so, are some of them OOS)? We had our developers tweak the logic so that it looked at the whole product being in/out of stock instead of variant level.
All of the products we re having this issue with do NOT have variants…
