How am i supposed to run my business if i am not getting paid for any of my orders? In the last month i have recieved one 30 dollar payment. My customers are paying but my payments are being held. I have 400 dollars that still has not been released to my business account.

In order for us to take a further look into the store and payment gateways, we will need to authenticate you as the store owner. Since we cannot authenticate for the store in question using our community forums, it would be best to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the situation with a Support Advisor.
