When using the Tap & Chip reader, my card payments are failing to process.
- This is the 1st time using it
- Under manage hardware
- Shopify show connected
- Bluetooth is enabled
- WIFI / Internet connected
- I am using an Android Phone
- When I go to checkout it says Tap or Insert card
is there anything that I’m missing?
