Why are my collection banner images zooming in on site?

Hi,

How do I stop the collection banner image from being zoomed in like this? It displays perfectly in the left preview pane but somehow zooms in when I add it to the site. I’ve spent an hour playing with image sizes from the tips I’ve read on the boards but nothing is helping. Any ideas?

Please share your store URL and if your store is password protected then please provide password too.
You can take a picture of the place you want to edit.
