Hi there, I’m reasonably new to shopify and I’m slowly trying to build my navigation. I added one of my collections to my navigation and have checked several times that I’ve added the correct items to the correct collection but when I attempt to visit that collection’s page, no items show up.
I have to first click on the text that says remove all filters before I can see the items. Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?
I don’t want my customers believing there is not product to shop for on the page when it should be there..

Based on your issue, it looks like the link you have for the collection might have a parameters included. Do you mind sharing your website?

This is because you added tags to filter on your collection url that the products that does not have

To fix the issue, either remove the tags and replace the collection link with the code below.

Or add the following tags to the products
crystal-jewellery
crystals
handmade-jewellery+crystal-bracelets
