Why are my collections not displaying properly without clearing filters?

I have tried to make changes per suggestions and when I click on shop then bottoms ( it does it on all collections) This is what it shows. If I click clear all filters the products show up but I do not feel this should have to be done. I have removed the options for sort and it still shows up.

Did you add filter tags to the menu items that your collections are linked to? If you are unaware of what these filter tags are, here’s a screenshot that shows where you can find them in your admin:

If so, this is likely the reason why you’re encountering this issue. These filter tags are only necessary when you are using one central collection containing your entire inventory, and you want to segregate or filter the products using the tags in order for you to have different product selections in different menu items. Since you have individual unique collections that each contain the products associated with each one, there’s no need for these filter tags. You need to remove them in order for all products to appear in your collections. You can follow the steps below to do this.

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.
  2. Click Main menu or the menu that you’re using on your homepage, if it’s not the Main menu.
  3. Click Edit beside the affected collection.
  4. On the right sidebar, see if you have tags underneath Filter collection with tags (optional). If you do, remove them.
  5. Click Apply changes.
  6. Click Save or Save menu.

I am using the RIDE theme and I have more than 30 products assigned and active within a collection. When I select the collection as the featured collection and max the number of products shown, it still only shows 9. Any idea why it is not showing all products in the collection? Website is All Products – TACP Foundation, 501(c)(3)
