All pages created are overlapping with each other. I create a page (terms and conditions) and then another page (privacy policy), and then whichever change I am making in the first page is reflected in the other. what is the issue?

It looks like you are using theme customizer to edit the page? If you are using theme customizer, you might be making the changes on the template files. As all the pages uses same template, the same content is displayed.
If you require help to add multiple templates, I will require access to the theme.
