After processing a credit card payment, the payouts are usually (automatically) “paid on next payout date.” However, the last 2 processed cards leave me with the message “will be added to your next payout.” I have never had to choose a payout date on any given payment and it was typically 2-4 days after the card was charged.
Does anyone have any suggestion on how to receive payment on these? TIA!
Is it that you have had to wait more than 4 days? The payout that the money is added to really depends on when the order was processed and when you’re due to have your next payout. For example, if your next payout is happening tomorrow, but you have processed a sale today, it is likely that that money will not be included in tomorrow’s payout because it needs about 48-72hrs to process by itself. Because of this, you are seeing the message that it will be added to your next payout.
Please do let me know if you have been waiting for the last few payments for a longer while than expected, and if you could also include a screenshot from within the Order**'s** Timeline section, (which is found when you click into any order and scroll down) showing the date when it was placed and what message appears under it.
On another note, please do tell me a little more about your products and store! I would love to learn about it and see if I can offer you any other advice.
Do your orders typically reach those amounts, over $1000? A reason that this is taking a while might be to do with the fact that this would be a larger payout.
However, since you have waited about 11 days, at this stage I suggest you contact our support here as that way we will be able to take a closer look and give you some more insight.
