Why are my customer emails bouncing back on Shopify?

Hi, I haven’t had any issues with Shopify emails until today (28 Oct 2020).

I can’t communicate with my customers via Shopify email, the email bounces back …

This is the mail system at host smtp.shopify.com.

Does anyone in IT know how to fix this? I don’t understand coding.

I am having the same trouble with emails.

The response from the remote server was:

554 5.7.1 <julie@juliedavisveach.com>: Recipient address rejected: user julie@juliedavisveach.com does not exist

Address not found
Your message wasn’t delivered to **julie@juliedavisveach.com**because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.

Did you receive any guidance or have you resolved your problem?
