Why are my customers getting an error notice that "this order can't be shipped to the address.."

We’ve been experiencing this same issue for about 3 weeks now. Haven’t touched our shipping section in over a year. This all seems to have started since being put on the beta of the 1 page checkout. Contacted Shopify numerous times, and everytime no one was able to replicate the error… Except today (May 8th). Loosing lots of sales and money… and getting many p’d off customers.
