Why are my designs disappearing?

I’ve already designed about 5 stores. Each time I design one and then I add my pop ups to them they just disappear. I can no longer see my menu button, my background, my logo, not even the payment methods. Only thing that’s still there are the product pictures everything else is just gone. I’m getting frustrated with this. Please help me out?

Hi, Liemi. When you visit ‘Online Store > Themes’ in your admin, do you see multiple themes there? The theme at the top of the page is your published theme, and the others exist under the Theme library section, which allows you to work on different designs in the background, without affecting your current theme. If one of the themes under Theme library is the one you want customers to see, be sure to publish it once it is ready.

But still I am not able to see the stores I already designed. I am still confused on what I’m doing wrong??‍

Could you take a photo of the full screen while you are designing your store?

I mean the store admin dashboard where you design your store. If you have multiple markets in your store, design in the correct market.

If you have multiple themes, make sure you design in the correct theme you are previewing

Hi, I’m not able to go to the shop admin and show you because It just keeps showing me all the other themes.

That’s what pops up when I click on shop admin. When I do, it keeps saying try theme and I click it again then it goes to the screen I showed you before.
