We have a promo running for two codes for % off and free shipping and both were set to combine and successfully did for over a week. We’ve gotten a few customers feedback that the discounts are no longer combining, and looking at the discount codes in admin, I no longer see the section that is “combine with…”. Has anyone else experienced this? We had 66 orders successfully combine before it stopped working this week.
Update:
Looks like moving over to Plus caused us to fall off the early release list. Support was able to request to get us back on.
