Why are my discount codes not working correctly?

Hi There,

We are having troubles with discount codes, receiving the message "Enter a valid code, or check if the free item is in your cart to apply coupon. Only one discount can be used at a time.’ on all discounts tested.

I have tried adjusting the codes, including unchecking ‘limit one per customer’ with no avail.

I look forward to hearing ASAP as we offer a 10% discount on signup and are right in the middle of a win back campaign, so would hate to lose potential new customers as a result.

I hope you are doing well. Your coupon code is not working as it is not satisfying the cart conditions. The free item needed for your coupon code is not in the cart so please add that first and then apply coupon code.
