Why are my ecommerce payments not being released on time?

I want to adress a urgent topic here..

Does anyone here have this problem like me?

My shopify payments were put on pause, but after submitting my documents, the pause was removed. I have not been paid out for 3/4 days and the next payout is shifted by the day. It is not nothing they hold as an amount and just like any other company I need the cash flow to keep going.

Anyone have experience with this? Iโ€™d love to hear from you too :slightly_smiling_face:

I understand this is frustrating. In an instance where your payments are paused to allow you to submit documents, it is totally normal to see a delay in payments going through since it needed to allow time for us to review what you submitted.

When going into your Settings > Payments > View Payouts, you will be able to see all of the info on when they are due - and going forward it should now adhere to the normal schedule that you had before.
