Why are my Facebook Ads conversions not matching store data?

Hi guys, I’m having a problem with Facebook campaigns, I noticed that conversions that happen on my store doesn’t matter to me. Ex. Shopify counts me 2 cart additions and the campaign doesn’t, it counts me several product page visits and the campaign only 4 ViewContent.

Did you check if your fb pixel events are set the way you need them to be?
