Why are my filters not working after upgrading the theme?

My filters were working prior to upgrading the theme. The filtering options are on, I was messing around with them trying to trigger them to load but they appear to be in a “loading” state. I can’t get anything to pop up. The sort by also is not allowing me to chose from the drop downs.
