Some of my product images from Gelato haven’t loaded onto shopify when loading the product on Geltao using multiple products, There is only 1 stock image so it shouldn’t be a problem. But for some reason i have 5 or 6 products just showing the description and not the image. Screenshot attached. Can you please help me?

Have the same issue. Everytime I use the feature to create multiple products using the same design tons of issue happen.
Some products are not created, others are created without any graphic. Every single one of them get the incorrect prices set up.
The only “solution” is to keep editing products, I re-select the mockups until they appear in the product, and then adjust the prices. Some items still need to be manually added to the right shipping profile though at least most of them are assigned correctly.
But needless to say, that’s insanely time consuming and quite absurd that this issue has been reported for so many years without a solution
