Why are my Google ads constantly rejected due to compromised sites?

All my Google ads are being rejected stating the reason “Compromised Sites”. We checked the site and did not find anything malicious. Even after several appeal, the ads are still rejected. If anyone has faced this same issue, please let me know how you solved this.

Thanks.
