Why are my Instagram and Facebook shop prices higher than my store?

I connected my Shopify store with Instagram and Facebook to open shops on those social media platforms. My Shopify store

Pricing has Compare at Pricing, with the selling price lower than the Compare at prices. Why are my Shops in Instagram & Facebook extremely higher priced and the “Compare to” Pricing even higher than my Shopify Store?

I consider my self new since I I have really had any sale and just connected to Instagram and Facebook a couple of weeks ago. I’m not tech savvy so any guidance will need to be in layman’s terms.

No and that should not be the question, but baven’t had any sales. I need help to make sure everything matches. It’s not good business practice to have different pricing on different platforms.

I’m not getting the full message. All I see as your response is, "Ahhh… that’s not really good, but with us everything will be okay

you have made the right decisions for having us…

Your response also has a link “Drop your store access”. why would I want to drop my store access?

That’s fine. What do you need for me to do on my end?

The link “Click here” prompts me to sign in to my email.

I click on the link in my email and it opens up a new email to send to you. What am I supposed to do with your alicialoretta251@gmail.com; email address? or what information are you trying to obrain?

I’m sorry, but what do you mean you “dropped your store access”? What does that mean?

I clicked on the “Drop your store access” link and prompts me to open up my Microsoft Edge app. I logged in to my Shopify Account. Now what?

It’s going to be 2 o’clock in the morning and I need to sleep. I’ll try again later today.
