Why are my Klaviyo SMS subscribers not integrating properly?

My klaviyo sms subscribers are not integrating with Shopify. I have made sure all the correct boxes are checked off and my Shopify is correctly integrated. I want to add a discount to SMS subscribers only but because they aren’t transferring from klaviyo to Shopify I can’t do that. Ill send pictures for reference.

Hey Lejoy,

I had this issue happen and I had to resync the historical data for Klaviyo and it fixed the issue. Have you tried that?
