Hi - PLEASE HELP!
I’ve recently discovered that I have payouts that are still pending from market sales, via my wisepad, dating back to October. I found that I have a large payout balance too. But why are all the transactions still pending? How can I retrieve my payouts from them?

After visiting the link and logging in, you’ll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team.
