Why are my meta ads not driving website traffic?

Hello, i’m currently running ads in meta ads, i’m running sales and engagment ads and i’m not getting any results, very small website visits or people messiging me.

Since you said you run Facebook ads with very small web visits, I think these are possibly the roots of your problem:

  1. You might not be investing enough in your ads. So try to increase your ad spend gradually to see to which point your ads start to show results.
  2. Your ad doesn’t grab attention, so it doesn’t drive many web visits. So, improve your creatives by using high-quality images, writing compelling copy, and offering something of value. A/B testing different elements can also help identify what works best.
  3. Your ads might not be reaching the right audience. Hence, use Facebook’s targeting tools to zero in on your ideal audience. This could be based on demographics, interests, behaviors, etc.
  4. If your ads are placed where people are not likely to engage with them, your traffic will be low. Therefore, use Meta’s placement options to ensure your ads are being shown where they’re likely to get engagement.
  5. Also, if you are just getting started with Facebook ads, it might take some time for the Facebook algorithm to better understand & optimize your ads and show them to the more relevant audience.

Also, after taking a look at your store, I don’t think it is sufficiently optimized for conversions. So, here are some of my suggestions:

  1. Replace the image of your hero section with a more high-quality image (optimal: the image that features your products).

  2. Add a favicon to your website. The default globe favicon doesn’t look trustworthy.

  3. You have two language and currency switchers. The one on top is confusing and doesn’t seem to work.

  4. This section breaks the layout of this screen, making it feel glitchy

  1. Your blogs are not optimized for both search engines and readers. So don’t include the blog section yet as I believe it does more harm than good.

  2. I suggest using the same background color for all product images. This helps improve the consistency and professionalism of your store. Also, use the same CTA Add to cart instead of Choose options.

  3. About your product pages: break down the description into readable bullet points, and add product reviews to build trust.
