Why are my orders remaining unfulfilled on my online store?

I set up my store and having to test by buying items with my wife email. unfortunately, I am having Unfulfilled issue with any order we tried ( 3 orders now). The store is getting the full price of the order and the order is not been ship.

How do I fix that issue?

I am not using any discount. I am trying to make first sale.

It a dropshipping store. I am not sure I set up a dropshipping App.

Thanks for getting back to me, @Knganon! Where did you source your products? Normally when you set up a dropshipping store, you install and use a dropshipping app from the Shopify App Store to find and add products to your store. Using an app will sync your store to suppliers and they can be notified of an order and ship it to the customer when you place an order through the app. We have a comprehensive guide on dropshipping on this page that I suggest going over to learn how dropshipping works.

If someone else set up your store and you’re not sure if an app was installed, you can click Apps on the left sidebar of your admin to view the list of apps in your store, as illustrated on the screenshot below. Additionally, you can go to Settings > Locations > App locations to view the third-party services or apps that manage your inventory and fulfill orders.

If you are not familiar with the apps, feel free to take screenshots of the Apps list and the Settings > Locations > App locations area and share them here so I can help you find out if a dropshipping app is used in your store.

Now, to provide additional context, the process of fulfilling or shipping an order depends on the app you use. When we find out what dropshipping app you’re using, I can check if they have a support page that can provide some guidance. If they don’t, you can contact the app by following the steps on this page.

I also connect many product to my store but none is getting ship.

CJDropshipping has a handy guide on their website that explains how order fulfillment works when you use their app. To troubleshoot the problem you’re encountering, I suggest referring to the guide as it will likely resolve the issue and get the fulfillment process working. Having Awaiting payment on cjdropshipping.

I place an order and pay as costumer, but when I processed as store owner’s, CJ is asking me to pay again which I confuse.
